After five months of investigation, a 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with a home invasion in Sangre Grande.
He was captured in Mayaro on September 22nd, following surveillance operations by Sangre Grande CID officers.
He is expected to appear in court today on several charges, including rape, grievous sexual assault, and attempted robbery.
Support services, including counselling, have been arranged for the victims through the TTPS, that will continue during the legal process.
