Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander says Cabinet has approved the registration of all eligible undocumented immigrants under the Immigration Registration Framework.
First implemented in 2019 under the previous administration, the framework initially applied only to Venezuelan nationals.
Government is now calling on all undocumented immigrants to come forward and register.
Adult applicants will be required to pay $700, and Mr Alexander warned that those failing to register face immediate deportation.
In-person registration is expected to begin after Carnival, with the registration card to be valid until December 31st 2026.
