The High Court has issued an interim injunction to stop the spread of alleged defamatory content about the Milford Road Esplanade Ltd Chairman Kevon McKenna.

The ruling restrains newly created Now Tobago TV Ltd and individuals Kerron Radgman, Nickocy Phillips, and Leroy George.

The High Court has immediately ordered the halt to sharing or storing of specific videos or publishing any further defamatory statements across social media platforms.

The injunction follows claims that misleading and defamatory content was circulated about Mr McKenna.
