Former Tunapuna MP Dr Eddie Hart was laid to rest on Tuesday, with his funeral service held at the park that bears his name, the Eddie Hart Grounds.
Hundreds gathered to pay their respects on Tuesday to the former politician, government minister and sports administrator.
His son Terrance Hart paid tribute to his father saying that the “heart of Tunapuna” is gone.
