Former Prime Minister Keith Rowley is calling for urgent action following the tragic death of seven-year-old Angelica Jogie at Pigeon Point.
In a statement, Rowley expressed deep condolences to the child’s family, describing the incident as devastating and preventable.
He raised concerns about jet ski activity near bathing areas, warning that existing safety measures are inadequate.
Rowley is urging the Tobago House of Assembly to ban jet skis near main beaches, saying stronger action is needed to protect lives and prevent another tragedy.
