The T&T Fire Service has officially received six new fire tenders, inclusive of one emergency tender, to boost responsiveness and strengthen its resources.
At a handing over ceremony at Penal Fire Station this afternoon, Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar also spoke about the distribution of the new units.
Mrs Persad-Bissessar also reaffirmed Government’s commitment to continue investing in the Fire Service and enhancing its resources to better serve the public.
