Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to narrate a new fireworks show onboard Disney Cruise Line’s latest ship, the Disney Adventure, the company has announced.
The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky is an original pyrotechnic display set to debut during the Disney Adventure’s inaugural sail from Singapore on March 10th.
In a statement, Shah Rukh Khan said The Lion King holds a special place in his heart, calling the new narration a “full-circle moment” and a tribute to family, community, and the circle of life.
The Disney Adventure is Disney Cruise Line’s first ship based in Asia, and the largest in the fleet, featuring themed areas inspired by Disney, Pixar, and Marvel.
