Energy Minister Dr. Roodal Moonilal and Minister Ernesto Kesar met with executives from EOG Resources at the Ministry’s International Waterfront Complex.
The meeting included updates on the Mento Gas Development, which achieved first gas in May 2025, and plans for the Coconut Gas Project, expected online in 2027.
Discussions also covered ongoing exploration and the company’s continued investment in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Ministers reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to strong collaboration with industry partners to ensure sustainable growth in the energy sector.
