Energy Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal has led discussions in India, to position T&T for potential collaboration with several international energy companies.
The delegation included leaders from Heritage Petroleum, Guaracara Refining, and the Energy Ministry, who met with companies including Reliance Industries, ExxonMobil, Shell, TotalEnergies, and KBC Engineering.
Discussions highlighted this country’s upstream energy potential, plans to restart the Pointe-à-Pierre Refinery, and the country’s strengths as an energy-based economy.
Participating companies provided updates on their operations, and the Minister promised to actively pursue collaboration opportunities.
