Education Minister Dr Michael Dowlath says the education system in Trinidad and Tobago is set for a complete transformation.
Dr Dowlath spoke at the Signal Hill Secondary School on Tuesday, during a visit to the island.
The Education Minister said the plan, which is based on a focus on children, their parents, and the system as a whole, is already taking effect in Tobago.
