The DPP has ordered an investigation into the death of Mona Lisa Outram, who succumbed to burn injuries on July 1st.
The 47-year-old Wallerfield woman was admitted to hospital on June 23rd.
Following her death, a man who had allegedly been living with her, was detained and questioned.
A decision was made on August 4th to release him, pending the findings of the inquest.
