Dominica’s Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit says his administration is willing to hold public consultations on the possibility of allowing Palestinians to settle on the island.
He said the country stands to benefit from talented professionals such as doctors and engineers, who can assist efforts to fill the gaps and build the economy.
His statement came after several countries said they were willing to press for Palestinian statehood at the upcoming United Nations General Assembly.
