The Caribbean Court of Justice will hold an in-person hearing tomorrow, Tuesday, December 2nd, in Port of Spain.

The case, Cara Investments Limited versus Christopher Ram and the Bank of Nova Scotia, involves a dispute over a 1999 hotel sale in Guyana.

Cara Investments is appealing a Court of Appeal decision that dismissed its claim, arguing it was unfairly denied the opportunity to purchase the hotel’s assets.
