Captain Akhenaton Isaac has been officially promoted to Captain and Commander of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard.
The ceremony, led by Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, included a special moment as his wife placed his new shoulder marks.
The Prime Minister expressed full confidence in his leadership and reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to supporting the Defence Force.
The ceremony also included the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Chief of Defence Staff, Commander Don Polo.
