A 39-year-old Diego Martin businessman has been arrested in connection with $20.8 million in cocaine and marijuana.
During an exercise yesterday, officers seized the drugs that were found hidden in a locked room at the suspect’s Glencoe business place.
The seized narcotics included five packets of pure cocaine, weighing 5.62 kilogrammes, with an estimated street value of more than $7 million.
A total of 157 packets of Colombian “creepy” cannabis, weighing 118.58 kilogrammes, with a value of more than $13 million were also confiscated.
