Two fishermen have been reported missing at sea.
According to Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Vallence Rambharat, the 29 foot vessel named “Kampai” was commissioned by a British national for the fishing industry in St Vincent & the Grenadines.
HSRT says the newly built boat left Waterloo last Sunday with Alvin Morgan and Damien Reece on board.
They refuelled in Tobago and left Buccoo around 1:30pm on Monday to sail to Union Island in the Grenadines.
The vessel did not arrive that evening as expected.
HSRT says it made a formal report to the T&T Coast Guard on behalf of the owner of the boat and the sailors.
