Western Division police have seized firearms, ammunition, firearm parts and narcotics during a raid at Faustin Trace in Maraval.
A Glock 19 pistol, 369 rounds of assorted ammunition, ski masks, clothing and over 350 grams of cannabis was seized, and a priority offender was arrested.
In another operation in Bell-Vue, St James, police recovered a Beretta firearm with ammunition, and arrested another priority offender.
In addition, a Nissan AD van with false registration plates was seized in Maraval.
Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro commended the officers for their operations and highlighted sustained pressure and proactive policing.
