Venezuela’s Justice Minister Diosdado Cabello has issued a warning to Trinidad and Tobago.
He claimed the country “used to belong to Venezuela” and accusing Port of Spain and Georgetown of trying to undermine Caracas.
His remarks follow the U.S. seizure of a Venezuelan oil tanker, which he labelled an act of piracy, as tensions in the region continue to rise.
