The Netherlands contributed $500 million, Germany added another $500 million, and a joint Denmark, Norway, and Sweden pledge added another $500 million.
With just one day to go until a U.S.-Russian summit on ending the war in Ukraine, Ukraine’s President visited London to gather European support.
