The opening of the New Sangre Grande Hospital Campus is carded for mid-April 2024.

This is the latest information from UDECOTT following a visit to the facility yesterday by a number of officials including Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh and MPs Roger Monroe and Dr Rai Ragbir.

UDECOTT says town hall meetings will be held in St. Andrew/St David and Nariva/Mayaro counties closer to the opening date, while public tours have been for the four weeks after the facility is opened.

The new facility is expected to function as a “partner” with the adjacent Sangre Grande Hospital and the Enhanced Health Centre.
