U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a call with Peru’s President José Jerí.
During the conversation, Secretary Rubio reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to a strong, collaborative partnership with Peru, highlighting nearly 200 years of diplomatic ties.
The leaders discussed boosting security cooperation and supporting Peru’s efforts to combat crime.
