The Inter-Island Transportation Company is advising passengers of amended ferry sailings this week, as the T&T Spirit undergoes urgent engine repairs.
The vessel will be withdrawn from service on Thursday November 20th and Friday November 21st, with the Galleons Passage stepping in to operate its scheduled sailings.
TTIT says transit times for Tuesday’s sailings have already been extended to about four hours, and because the Galleons Passage carries fewer vehicles, affected passengers will be accommodated on future trips.
Sailings for the Buccoo Reef and Galleons Passage remain in operation, while the cargo vessel, the Cabo Star, is not affected.
TTIT apologises for the inconvenience and thanks the public for its patience.
