The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service has discontinued its Adverse Weather Alert as of 1:31 this afternoon.
According to the Met Service, the impactful weather conditions that affected parts of the country earlier have now diminished significantly.
However, forecasters say light rain may still persist in some areas.
The public is being reminded to remain vigilant, continue monitoring official weather updates, and assess their surroundings before heading outdoors, especially in areas prone to flooding or reduced visibility.
The TTMS says it will continue to keep the population updated should any further changes occur.
