The Trinidad and Tobago Aggregate Producers Alliance is planning a protest tomorrow at National Quarries in Sangre Grande.

Alliance head Nigel Tenia alleges that the company is operating without a proper processing and mining license, in violation of the law.

He says other aggregate producers under the Alliance have shut down operations in full compliance with regulations, and tomorrow’s protest aims to draw attention to what they describe as National Quarries’ illegal operations.
