THA’s Tourism Division has condemned the violent murder of a US tourist in Castara.
In a statement, it reaffirmed its resolve to strengthen safety measures and enhance visitor protection across the island.
T&T Express reported a Tobago man is in police custody for the death of 43-year-old Christopher Brown of Silverthorne, Colorado.
Brown, who was killed around 10:35PM on Wednesday, appeared to have suffered multiple stab wounds.
Residents in the area believe the attack may have been a case of mistaken identity.
