The PSA president has accused the Chief Personnel Officer of “dilly-dallying” around the 10 per cent negotiation issue.
Ms. Felisha Thomas says she has been invited to meet with the CPO on Friday, not to discuss the wage increase, but to be shown a presentation on the state of the economy.
In a Facebook video, she called for the CPO to follow through with the Finance Minister’s instructions.
Ms. Thomas is now questioning whether it is the CPO’s mandate not to let public officers get the money by Christmas.
