Prison Service FC went to the top of the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League (TTPFL) with a 4-0 win over Phoenix FC on Sunday at Mahaica Oval, Point Fortin.
Kevon Williams, Kevin Seales, and Jeremiah Vidal scored in an eight-minute window after the hour mark for Prison Service before Christon Phillip sealed the deal with a stoppage time strike.
In other results on the weekend, champions Defence Force drew 2-2 with FC Eagles, with Dominic Douglas scoring the equalizer for Eagles six minutes into second half stoppage time.
San Juan Jabloteh blanked former champions AC POS 2-0, with goals from Jadon McShine and Jaheim Faustin.
Kadeem Hutchinson scored a double as Police FC edged Central FC 2-1, while Club Sando shut out Caledonia AIA 2-0 with goals from Elton John and Keron Cornwall.
Point Fortin Civic got past La Horquetta Rangers 2-1. Joshua Gustave notched the winner in the 68th minute, 10 minutes after Omar Daniel had equalized for Rangers.
