A 45-year-old Princes Town man died after being shot in the California area yesterday afternoon.
The T&T Express reported that after 1pm, officers responded to a report of a shooting at Concerned Citizen Street and found the victim lying on his back with apparent gunshot wounds.
The article said the victim, later identified as Ashton Wells, was assisting in the repair of a van when the incident occurred.
