Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar is expected to deliver the featured address at today’s Laptop Distribution Program at the Penal Secondary School.
A total of 168 laptops will be given today, part of the 18,000 laptops government promised to deliver throughout the country.
Among the other speakers today are Minister of Education Dr Michael Dowlath ajd TSTT acting CEO Keino Cox.
The Prime Minister is also expected to attend the funeral of the late UNC councillor Romona Victor in Siparia today.
The funeral will be held at Irwin Park, Siparia, from 1pm.
