The T&T Red Force made a strong start to the 2025 West Indies Championship on Sunday in Antigua.
Spinners Khary Pierre and Bryan Charles took three wickets apiece as T&T bowled out the Leeward Islands for 138 in 60.5 overs.
Off-spinner Charles took 3 for 9 in 5.5 overs, while left-arm orthodox spinner Pierre had 3 for 34.
Fast bowler Jayden Seales snared 2 for 32, while Jahmar Hamilton top-scored with 44 for the Leewards.
Trinidad and Tobago closed at 62 without loss at with Evin Lewis on 28 not out and Cephas Cooper undefeated on 22.
The Red Force trail by 76 runs with all 10 wickets standing.
