Neil Dookie is the new Chairman of NIDCO.
The announcement was made by the T&T Securities and Exchange Commission.
As of August 8th, he took charge of the newly appointed seven-member board, supported by Deputy Chairman Derrick Jaggernauth.
Other members include Terrance Kalloo, Surujpat Seunath, Stephen Mathison, John Laquis and Rene Austin.
According to Mr Dookie’s LinkedIn Profile, he previously served as President of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago.
NIDCO is a special purpose state enterprise, which was established in 2005. The primary services provided by the Company are procurement management, project management and management of marine transportation services.
