Louis, the missing cat, has been found safe along Hillview Drive in Arouca after days of searching and online attention.
The cat was located around 2AM and has since been reunited with its owners, following a search effort supported by the Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Shamsudeen Ayube.
Earlier this week, the owners offered a $10,000 reward for Louis’ return, however, the search was complicated by false claims.
This included AI-generated and recycled images, falsely reporting that the cat had been found.
