The Ministry of Transport has refuted claims by CNC3 journalist Kejan Haynes that the Ministry refused to provide information requested.
The Ministry in a statement confirmed that all information requested is available for public inspection on the Digital Legislative Library and published in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette.
It stated that at no time did it refuse to provide information.
The Ministry of Transport said it advised Mr Haynes that the information he requested was already publicly accessible and directed him to the appropriate official sources.
