Energy Minister Dr. Roodal Moonilal will be accompanied to India’s Energy Week by Guaracara Refinery Chairman Gowtam Maharaj and Heritage Petroleum Chairman Kurt Ramlal.
This, as discussions are expected on refining and the possible restart of refinery operations.
In a Whatsapp voice-note to 103.1FM News today, Dr Moonilal says the conference is “a golden opportunity” for discussions to boost Trinidad and Tobago’s energy sector.
Dr. Moonilal says the conference presents a key opportunity to engage investors and promote Trinidad and Tobago as a Caribbean energy hub.
India Energy Week 2026 is scheduled to take place from January 27th to 30th in Goa, India.
