Officials and staff from Government’s iGovTT Department were in Fyzabad today as part of plans to roll out the TTConnect Express service to citizens.
They were welcomed by MP and Finance Minister Dave Tancoo, who stated earlier this year that Fyzabad would be a model constituency for the positive transformation of the economy.
In a statement, Mr Tancoo said today’s initiative was evidence of his promise that Fyzabad would be at the forefront of “fast-moving, forward-thinking governance”.
iGovTT is responsible for providing innovative and impactful solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector services.
TTConnect is one of the platforms under iGovTT that provides the public with convenient access to information, services and programmes offered by the Government and state agencies.
