The Meteorological Service has issued a Yellow Level Hazardous Seas Alert #1 for northern and eastern nearshore areas of Trinidad and Tobago.
Strong northeasterly swells, with higher breakers at high tide, are expected from near midnight Sunday through Monday.
Northeastern Tobago will feel the impacts first.
All marine interests should exercise caution, avoid swimming, restrict nearshore activity, and secure coastal property.
