Garvin Medera is back at Digicel, taking up the post of Chief Executive Officer for the Atlantic Region—just weeks after resigning as Caribbean Airlines’ longest-serving CEO.
Medera, who left CAL in October after eight years, began his career at Digicel, helping build its early telecoms and fibre networks.
The company says his return is a key step in its transformation, bringing a leadership style focused on performance, reliability and customer service.
Group CEO Marcelo Cataldo called his appointment “a powerful signal of our future.”
Medera says returning feels meaningful, noting Digicel is where he first learned the impact of truly connecting people.
