Four men have been killed in the latest US strike in the Caribbean, under Operation Southern Spear.

US Southern Command said the operation targeted a vessel linked to suspected terrorist organizations.

Officials say the boat was allegedly actively engaged in drug trafficking, along known narcotics trafficking routes in the region.

According to the US Naval Institute, the strike brings the total number of deaths under Operation Southern Spear to 160, across 47 strikes on suspected drug vessels.
