Police have arrested four persons and seized cannabis and cocaine during anti-crime operations across multiple divisions over the past 24 hours.
In Cunupia early Friday morning, officers discovered two cannabis grow rooms, seizing a total of 24 plants and arresting two men, aged 39 and 48.
In Moruga, a 52-year-old man was caught carrying 2.5 kilograms of cannabis during a road check and charged with possession for trafficking.
Meanwhile, in the North Central Division, a 29-year-old woman was arrested after officers seized 475 grams of cocaine from her home during a drug eradication exercise.
