A man has died after being beaten by a fellow villager in Friendship Village, south Trinidad.
Rajkumar Pope was at a shop near to his home when he got into an altercation with the villager.
The father of two was hit on the head with a object and died last night at the San Fernando General Hospital.
Police have since detained a teenager who is a male relative of the murdered schoolgirl Maria Seenath.
