Energy Minister “positive,” awaiting refinery report

Energy Minister Dr Roodal said Trinidad and Tobago is getting closer to the opening of the Pointe-a-Pierre refinery.

Speaking to CNC3 at the HSSE Conference on Tuesday, Dr Moonilal said government is set to receive a report on the possible resumption of operations at the refinery.
