The Environmental Management Authority and the Tobago House of Assembly are stepping up collaboration to support sustainable development across the island.
Chairman Doolar Ramlal and EMA board members recently met with Chief Secretary Farley Augustine and senior THA officials to discuss key environmental priorities, including coastal protection, tourism development, and regulatory improvements.
Projects such as the Superior Hotel Development and Friendship Estate were highlighted, with the THA emphasizing timely completion and job creation.
Both authorities reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding Tobago’s natural and cultural heritage while promoting responsible economic growth.
