A recount for Darrel Spring/Whim has confirmed victory for the TPP by just 12 votes in the 2026 THA Elections.
According to the Elections and Boundaries Commission, the party received 838 votes, compared to the PNM’s 826.
This was one of two recounts requested by the PNM following Monday’s poll.
The other was Scarborough/Mt. Grace, with the EBC confirming victory for the TPP which got 854 votes, versus 702 for the PNM.
Preliminary results for the Elections saw a sweeping 15-0 win for the TPP.
