The cost of registering births and deaths will increase from January 1st, as new regulations have been issued.
Under the new schedule, late birth registrations, corrections to records, general searches, and certified copies will all attract higher fees.
Registration of children over one year old will now cost up to $150, while certified copies of birth or death entries will rise to as much as $30.
The revised fees were published alongside other legal notices bringing higher customs charges and increased traffic fines into effect.
