A reminder to all Carnival 2026 service providers transporting food, drinks, toilets, or music, that approval must be obtained from the Port of Spain Corporation to enter the city.
This city permit is mandatory for Licensing Authority and TTPS permits, even for vehicles cleared with the Transport Board and failure to comply could result in fines or prosecution under public health and municipal laws.
Food and toilet service providers must meet strict public-health standards, including proper sanitation, waste management, and approved layouts.
Applications will be open from February 4th through 13th, from 8AM to 2PM, at 2–4 Knox Street in Port of Spain.
