Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says he believes that the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service will find the suspects into acts of vandalism in Tobago over the weekend.
Speaking to TV6 News on Monday, Mr Augustine said he is sure the police will disclose if they have any leads on the matter later this week.
He acknowledged that the level of difficulty of the investigation as the areas where WASA facilities were vandalized were remote.
Mr Augustine says there must now be a review of security measures at WASA plants to protect public infrastructure.
