Conversations regarding immigration and migration are rooted in racism, which is an issue that needs to be addressed.
That is the belief of Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Mottley, who touched on the topic during an appearance on the What Now? podcast with Trevor Noah.
Ms Mottley believes countries such as Canada have gotten immigration right.
She also believes that the US once had it right but is now in a “schism”.
