AMCHAM calls on companies to invest in mentorship programmes for women to build stronger, more equitable, and resilient organizations.
Anna Henderson, the AMCHAM president, said mentorship programs dismantle barriers, and challenge our own biases.
She said that mentorship shifts the narrative from obstacles to opportunity and transforms challenge into motivation.
Henderson spoke at the Women in Leadership Mentorship Program, which has welcomed 87 mentees and 68 mentors since it began in 2017.
