The A.P.T. James is expected to return to full service on the inter-island sea bridge on Friday.
In a release, NIDCO said the work was successfully completed on the AMT Goliath, the nation’s first semi-submersible floating dock.
The vessel has been out of service since November 20th, for its mandatory five-year dry docking and “Special Survey” to ensure its safety and operational efficiency.
In an earlier release, NIDCO indicated that the Buccoo Reef is scheduled to undergo dry-docking in January 2026.
