The Caribbean Court of Justice is poised to enter its third decade of existence in 2025, and is marking the 20th anniversary of its formation with a conference next week.

The 8th Biennial Conference of the CCJ Academy of Law is set for 26-28 November at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad.

Attorney at law Jasmyn Sargeant told 103FM’s Karen Dass the conference presenter are among the top legal minds in the hemisphere.

The CCJ’s Information and Communications manager, Ria Mohammed-Pollard said the CCJ has made great strides in the past 20 years and is building its influence on jurisprudence globally.

The conference will reflect on seminal developments in Caribbean jurisprudence from the CCJ and other courts in the Region and explore the role of the CCJ and other stakeholders in the future development of Caribbean jurisprudence.

The conference will provide a dynamic platform for stakeholders across the Caribbean to engage on the evolving landscape of Caribbean jurisprudence. The sessions will critically discuss crucial themes such as:
